Chicken chow mein recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

Water as required

Spaghetti 300 grams

Salt (salt) 1 and 2 teaspoons or to taste

 1-2 tablespoons cooking oil

 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Vinegar (vinegar) half a teaspoon

White Chili Powder (White Chili Powder) 1 teaspoon

Salt (salt) half a teaspoon or to taste

Garlic Powder (Garlic Powder) 1 tsp

Chicken boneless strips 300 grams

Baking soda; a teaspoon

 2 tablespoons of cooking oil

 2 tablespoons soy sauce

 3 tablespoons of chili sauce

 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce

 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

Sesame oil (sesame oil) 1 tbsp

Sugar (sugar) 1 tbsp

Salt (salt) 1 teaspoon or to taste

Pepper powder (pepper powder) 1 teaspoon

1-2 tablespoons cooking oil

Carrots Julien 1 cup

Capsicum (Capsicum) Julien 1 cup

 Cabbage (cabbage) chopped one and a half cups

 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil

Garlic (garlic) Chop 8-10 cloves.

Hara onion (spring onion) white 2 tablespoons

The chow mein sauce is ready.

Stir-fried vegetables.

 1-2 tablespoons of green onion (spring onion) leaves

Authentic chicken chow mein recipe

Instructions:

Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and mix well.

Add salt, mix well, and boil until soft (4-5 minutes).

 Place the filter on a container, filter it, and wash it with tap water. Add oil, mix well, strain, and set.

Add soy sauce, vinegar, white chili powder, salt, and garlic powder to a bowl and mix well.

Add the strips without the chicken bones and mix well.

Add baking soda and mix well. Place a cover over it and allow it to sit for 15 minutes.

Put cooking oil, and marinated chicken in a pan, cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until done, and set aside.

Add soy sauce, chili sauce, garlic sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper powder, and mix well in a bowl. The chow mein sauce is ready and set aside.

In the same pan, add cooking oil, carrots, capsicum, and cabbage, mix well and fry for 2 minutes. Take it out and set it aside.

In the same pan, add cooking oil, and garlic and mix well.

Add spring onions, mix well, and fry for one minute.

Add the steamed spaghetti and mix well for a minute.

Add cooked chicken and mix well.

Add the prepared chow mein sauce, mix well, and cook on high heat for 1 minute.

 Add fried vegetables and mix well.

Add spring onion leaves, mix well, and serve.
