Paste the full sausage burger stuff, cut it into small pieces, and put the diced pieces into a mixing bowl.
Add a bit of milk with the fresh eggs, and mix for a minute. Add the flour and mix for a minute.
Add a pinch of salt and cook for 5 minutes, being careful not to cook over-or over-cooked. Lightly chill for a few hours.

How to make sausage burgers

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 3 minutes

Serves 4

8 rashers streaky bacon or chopped garlic smoked streaky bacon, roughly chopped

4 cups water

1 tsp oil

2 teaspoons baking powder

3 medium onions, sliced thick

2 medium carrots, chopped

1 medium celery stalk, chopped

3 medium garlic cloves, minced

1 bay leaf

Salt and pepper

1 tbsp flour

2 tsp rapeseed oil

1 tbsp white wine vinegar

1 tsp ground nutmeg

Heat the oven to 220C/gas mark 7. In a large saucepan, bring the water, oil, baking powder and onions, carrots, and garlic to a boil. Meanwhile, in a small frying pan, heat the yeast in a large bowl.

Heat the oil and vinegar in a small frying pan over medium heat. Season the beans and cook in the same pan for 3 minutes. Drain.

Whip the beans in a large mixing bowl, drizzle with the flour and fry in the same pan over medium heat for 4 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the milk. Serve hot with onions, spinach, and mushrooms.

Broccoli with chives and parsnip

Place a small ovenproof pan over medium heat. Fry 1 layer of broccoli on each side for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and transfer to a roasting tray. Cook for 25 minutes in the oven.

Parsnip, broccoli, and green beans

If you are using broccoli, wash in hot water for 10 minutes. Halve the cooked mushrooms and sprinkle over the broccoli.

I use parsnip for things like vegetable stock but you could also use a mixture of parsnip and broccoli.
