Bharat Al-Mandi Preparation:

The method of work

1 - To prepare Bharat Mandy, put in the bowl of the electric mixer of the cloves, two bellies, black pepper, nutmeg, Laurel leaves and ginger.

6. To prepare the rice, dip the butter in a medium-sized saucepan on the fire, add the onions and my heart until it melts.
7. Add the cloves, black beans, black pepper, tomatoes and rice with continuous stirring until the ingredients overlap.
8. Stir chicken broth until the ingredients are immersed and leave to boil.
9. Reduce the heat of the fire and then leave the ingredients until maturity half maturity.
