Crispy Cheeseburger Wraps – A crisp wrap full of all of the accurate cheeseburger fixings which include smothered onions and garlic and onion mayo.
Healthy Crispy Cheeseburger Wrap Recipe
Ingredients:
Prepare beef patty:
Beef minced 500 grams of lean meat
- Egg yolk 1
-BBQ sauce 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon or to taste
- red pepper 1 piece crushed
- Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
- fresh coriander 2 tablespoons chopped
- Cooking oil
- A piece of cheddar cheese
Cheese Burger Wrap with Iceberg:
- Iceberg leaves.
- Mustard paste
- Pieces of pickled jalapeno
- Light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- Tomato pieces
- Tomato ketchup
- Onion rings.
Cheese Burger Wrap Tarantella:
- Whole wheat tortilla
- yogurt whisked
- Tomato pieces
- Tomato ketchup
- Onion pieces
- Mustard paste
- Pickled chopped cucumber
- Lettuce leaves
Instructions:
Prepare beef patty:
In a bowl, combine the minced beef paste, egg yolk, BBQ sauce, pepper powder, salt, crushed red pepper, garlic powder, and fresh coriander and mix well.
- Lubricate hands with oil, take a small amount of mixture (90 grams) and make patties of equal size.
On a cast iron pan, add cooking oil and heat it, place the beef patty, press the burger patty with a press and cook until browned on both sides (3-4 minutes on each side).
Place a piece of cheddar cheese on the burger patty and set aside (7-8 patties are formed).
Cheese Burger Wrap with Iceberg:
On two iceberg leaves, add mustard paste and pickled jalapeno on one side, light mayonnaise and tomato pieces on the other side, tomato ketchup and cheeseburger patty on the third side, and onion rings on the fourth side. Fold the quarter side and each side together and serve!
Cheese Burger Wrap Tarantella:
- Cut whole-wheat tortilla with a knife.
- Add cheeseburger patty on the one-quarter side, yogurt and tomato pieces on the second-quarter side, tomato ketchup and onion on the third-quarter side, mustard paste, pickled cucumber, and lettuce leaves in the fourth part, and fold. Serve wrapped around each other!
