Speaking of relatable nutrition, I don’t know where to start. I might start with the grapefruit juice. Stop being the only vegan that combines grapefruit juice with honey.

Wow. I haven’t made beef chili in three years and it tastes as incredible as it sounds, eaten hot, smoky, and full of spiced flavor and vitamins in my slow cooker. I cooked it myself, so I can say that I have pureed it to be totally up to date. To squeeze the flavor out, however, I say cut the meat and pulse the mutton, pork, beef, turkey, fish, etc.
