1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons garlic powder

Take 4 chicken thighs in a large deep fryer in your oven without the skin on until heated through, about 40 minutes.

Let them cool in the pan for 10 minutes. While the chicken thighs are baking, slice your garlic with a mandoline, about 1/8 of an inch apart.

Heat the oven to 300 degrees F and use your knife to make 3 evenly sized cuts with the surface cutting into each other evenly.

Remove the chicken thighs from the oven. If you want the thighs to be properly cooked, you will need to do this next. Place them into an oven-safe dish.

Place the coconut oil around the thighs, and keep the room temperature air in your oven. Massage the thighs lightly to both sides until the skin is crisped up, about 10 minutes. Once the thighs are ready, transfer the thighs back into the oven without the skin on, and bake for 10 minutes.

Spoon one or two tablespoons of the peanut butter mixture onto the thighs, then toss in the chopped fresh garlic, fresh lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt.

Top the chicken thighs with your fried peanut butter mixture, and gently mold it. Don't remove the chicken thighs until completely thawed.

Since the thighs are at room temperature, the breasts don't have to be cooked. Let them sit for 10 minutes to fully defrost before cooking.
